What the job entails:

• We work independently, agilely, and in cross-functional teams on our iOS and Android app.
• You will be co-responsible for all aspects of software development: from requirements and detailed planning to software design, tool and framework selection, programming, testing, release, and operation.
• You place special emphasis on implementing a user-friendly user experience in close collaboration with our UX & UI designers.
• As part of our team, you actively shape the product vision and technology strategy.
• Depending on your focus and interests, you can also work on the backend, our cloud environment, internal tooling, or our CI/CD infrastructure.
• We rely on trust, transparency, and open communication.

Please note: Our collaboration is primarily remote, but we also come together at our office in Cologne for important strategic meetings or when team collaboration is essential.

What you bring:

• Experience in agile software development and particularly in mobile app development.
• Proven experience in developing apps with Flutter.
• You are familiar with MVVM, Provider, Bloc, Streams, and Clean Architecture.
• You understand the challenges and requirements of a mobile user experience and implement UI components carefully.
• Preferably, you already have some experience with Firebase, Firestore, node.js, and Typescript.
• You are a team player and not afraid of pair programming.
• You are open to new technologies, have a hands-on mentality, and a strong product orientation.
• You are willing to meet with the team in the office in Cologne from time to time.
