droidcon 2016 season has finally started and spring is shaping up to be a very busy time for all droidcon aficionados, so there’s a lot of ground to cover:




droidcon Tunisia took place earlier this month, check their Facebook page for presentation downloads and first photos. Make sure to watch Minister of Information Technology Noomen Fehri’s opening talk , too.


droidcon Bucharest just wrapped up a couple weeks ago. You can read their interview series with speakers here and check their twitter channel for presentations and pictures.


droidcon went West Coast for the first time, holding the conference in sunny San Francisco on March, 17-18th. Skim over their Facebook and Twitter to get the first impressions. We’ll keep you posted on the most exciting talks, pictures and videos.


Upcoming droidcons:


Later this month droidcon Dubai will open its doors to international crowd of Android developers and tech heads on March, 25th-26th. April is kicking off with droidcon Torino on April, 7th – 8th, followed up by Hackathon on April, 9th-10th. They already unveiled the speaker lineup and it looks fantastic. You can still book you ticket for the event or/and hackathon!


Call for papers:


Call for papers for droidcon Zagreb closes on April, 1st, so make sure to submit your idea on time and get a chance to present it before passionate Android lovers during the conference on April, 28th – 29th.


droidcon London is getting ready to launch their Call for Papers on April, 2nd, but they are already gathering your thoughts on how this year’s droidcon should look like. Get involved and submit your ideas here.
